Summary
Wade travels to Earth 616, also known as ‘The Sacred Timeline’ using Cable’s time travel device hoping to join the Avengers so that he can finally ‘matter’. After an interview with Happy, wade is not selected and he returns to his earth. On his birthday, the TVA (Time Variance Authority) takes him to the headquarters. They reveal to Wade that the ‘anchor being’ of his earth is dead and hence the earth is dying slowly. To speed up the process, Mr. Paradox, head of that TVA station announces the usage of one ‘time ripper’ that accelerates the process of destroying the earth. He offers to spare wade and send him to Earth 616. But wade steals paradox’s tempad and travels across universes in search of a Logan to replace the anchor being of his earth.
Wade returns with a Logan but paradox turns him down saying he is the worst Logan of all and sends both Wade and Logan to the void. Wade must find a way to convince Logan and get back to his earth to save it from the time ripper.
Review
Marvel was going to a very fluctuating phase, mostly downhill since Endgame. It was only Loki and Spiderman that felt like a success among a huge list of flops. As the fans were disheartened that Marvel was done, Ryan emerged as the ‘Marvel Jesus’ with Deadpool & Wolverine. The movie’s humongous success ended up as a big relief to the studio as well as the fans.
Ryan’s absolutely on-point quirk as Deadpool and Huge Jackman’s classic and tough Logan aka Wolverine was a feast to watch on big screens. The makers didn’t leave any stone unturned for this movie. A big load of references, cameos as well as plot points straight from the comics created a festival-like mood in the theatres. Marvel was back with an R-rated movie after ages and the movie had plenty of bloodshed, globetrotting action sequences, and coarse language. But in the end, it was all limitless fun for Marvel fanatics. The intro sequences at the very beginning of the movie can be easily considered as one of the best title sequences of Marvel with Deadpool seen dancing his a$$ off in a bloody action sequence!
The movie is filled with wow moments every 15 minutes, let it be Deadpool’s sassy dialogues, cameos, or epic action sequences, it was a whole new level of crazy. It was great to see Hugh and Ryan together playing two of their epic, famous characters from the comic. Plenty of fourth-wall-breaking moments by Huge made people laugh and fall from the chairs in the theatres. Marvel went all the way even to mock themselves in their own movie to make things work for the movie’s sake. It was very clear that Ryan had a lot to do with the writing of the script! Marvel didn’t forget to add a befitting tribute to the 20th Century Fox in this movie as well. As a whole, Deadpool & Wolverine was a complete package that satisfied the Marvel fans as well as cine lovers alike.

Made for big screens, Deadpool & Wolverine is a fun-filled action-packed classic Marvel entertainer!
