Introduction
Have you watched “13 Reasons Why”? It was awesome. I only watched Season 1 but as far as I ‘ve heard the other seasons were as good as the first one. It has everything, story, sexual representaion, content, binding, thrill, romance, revenge, suspense. It was perfect.
Now, imagine if 13 Reasons why was made by Karan Johar. What would it look like? The answer is “Guilty”. Quite literally, Guilty. This movie is like soft porn but it has to hide the good stuff because of the rating and it being on Netflix for god sake.
Plot Summary
Tanu is a middle-class girl, who studies in a high profile college where she falls for a rich kid. She spends some time with him but files a sexual harassment case on him out of the blue ocean. Nanki, who is the girlfriend of the rich kid, who goes against Tanu in a very aggressive way. But Is the rich kid guilty or he has been framed?
Storyline/plotline? What does that even mean?
It is a Karan Johar movie. Here’s what a typical KJ movie look like… Presenting the “Karan Johar Starter Kit”:
First of all, a fancy convent college, Should be maed with a St. in front of it. St. Thomas, St. Marry and St. Francis are preferred choices.
Then there’s a guy, who, without any shed of doubt, is from a very rich family. He is everon’s favorite, girls are absolutely crazy for him, they will do anything to spend some time with him. (This character should prefferably played by some starkid).
Then, there’s a girl, who, not so surprisingly, without any shed of doubt, is from a very rich family. She is very famous in the college, she is everyone’s favorite. Guys are absolutely crazy for her, they can do anything to spend some time with her.
Also, there will be one character, who, very surprisingly, will be from a middle class family who is working his/her *** off in order to survive the shithole college. Every one is against him/her, he/she goes up against the rich kids in some sort of way to prove his/her existence.
At the end, the middle class character wins. All the rich kids becomes his best friends. They apologize to him/her for being from a rich family. TADAAAAA! Happy ending!
Damn! I just revealed the whole story of this movie. Not only this up every other past Karan Johar movies or maybe his upcoming one’s also.
And if you guys are wondering why I haven’t talked about performances yet. Here what I have to say; They are stupendously dull and boring.
Conclusion
Don’t watch. Pogo is a better option.
