Summary
Santhosh Kumar is the head of J Wings, a security agency. He is called up to provide security for a mafia lord after he saves his daughter Nisha from a group of criminals. Nisha falls in love with Santhosh and both gets engaged. But Santhosh Kumar had other plans sketched in his mind and the mafia was up for a surprise.
The movie moves forward through a flashback of Santhosh, his real identity and the reason for his acts so far towards an action packed climax bang.
Review
We won’t be reviewing James. It is a movie not to be reviewed, but to be watched without any judgements, celebrate Puneeth Rajkumar for one-last time on-screen.
The makers of James decided to release James on Puneeth’s birthday and all of Puneeth’s fans had moist eyes while watching their favorite actor alive and clicking on-screen, dancing and fighting with all his youthful charisma.
Even during all these conflicts, director Chethan Kumar and the whole crew of James had done their best to bring out Puneeth Rajkumar’s last movie in the best possible way, like a tribute for the world to celebrate the person he was.
Shivrajkumar’s and Raghavendra Rajkumar’s cameo and a dialogue from Sivrajkumar indicating his brother’s death were all too hard to watch for his fans. The last moment rush-ups were evident but was understandable and hence can’t be judged. Puneeth smiles graciously, dances flawlessly, fights like a pro and delivers punches being a hero in James, everything that his fans wanted to celebrate for one last time…
